The type of personal information we collect:

We currently collect and process the following information: Personal identifiers, contacts, account details, financial details, relationship details, criminal record check, Educational certificates, Tuberculosis report, Death Certificate, Sponsor’s details (passport/Government-issued identification/bank accounts/employment letters /payslips / accommodation /sponsor’s declaration/support letter, Proof of relationship (marriage certificate/birth certificate/proof of contact/ travel history, proof of communication or contact), and medical history.
For General Medical Council GMC registrations, any documents requested by GMC. Depending on your application, all the documents needed by the relevant authorities, such as the Home Office, for Schengen Visas, the consulates or companies contracted to provide visa service. Any information not mentioned above which supports your application.

How we get the personal information and why we have it:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons: In most cases, our clients call us for visa applications or sometimes registrations with the General Medical Council. We use the information you gave us to apply for the visa you requested, indefinite leave to remain and British citizenship applications, GMC registrations, all of the UK visas, start up a business and whatever you instruct us to do about immigration and visa applications. We may share this information with consulates, the Home Office, passport offices (if you are a doctor, with the General Medical Council, NHS or private hospitals) or any other relevant organisation to your application. In some cases, if you want us to find a job for you, we may also share your information with potential employers, recruitment agencies and any organisation that will help you find a job.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on cloud storage and your physical documents are kept in our locked file cabinet. We keep your information for six years for visa matters and indefinitely if you want us to find a job for you in the UK. If your case concerns a visa application, we will dispose of your information by deleting your data online and shredding /destroying your documents. We do not sell your information or share it with unrelated parties unless it is legally necessary to obtain your visas or whatever job we agreed to complete with you.

Under data protection law, you have rights, including:

• Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
