Öncelikle vizeleri dil seviyesne göre ayıralım. Dil seviyeniz hiç yoksa Turist, öğrenci ve tarım işçisi olarak gelebilirsiniz. GLOBAL YETENEK vizeisnde dil mecburiyeti yoktur. Sporcu vizesi için IELTS UKVI sınavından A1 yani başlangıç seviyesinde olduğunu ispatlaması yeterli. Bu vize Birleşik Krallık Uluslararası Sporcu vizesi, sporlarını en üst düzeyde geliştirmek için Birleşik Krallık’ta çalışacak sponsorlu ve nitelikli antrenörler veya elit sporcular içindir.

Yatırımcı Vizeleri: Yürürlükten kalktı

• Geçici Çalışan – Tier 5 Vizeleri: Belirli kısa süreli işler için, genellikle 12-24 ay arasında değişen süreler için verilir. Kültürel değişim, dini misyonerler ve araştırmacılar gibi çeşitli alt kategorileri vardır.
• Ankara Antlaşması: Yürürlükten kalktı
• Nitelikli İşçi Vizesi? Nitelikli İşçi vizesi, işverenlerin Birleşik Krallık vatandaşı olmayan kişilerin Birleşik Krallık’ta uygun, vasıflı rollerde çalışmalarına sponsor olmalarına olanak tanır. Eşler ve çocuklar bu vizeye dahildir. 5 sene kaldıktan sonra kişi Birleşik Krallık’ta Süresiz Kalma İzni başvurusunda bulunmaya hak kazanabilir. Birleşik Krallık’taki işletmelerin artık Nitelikli İşçi vizesi ile gelen işçilere önemli ölçüde daha fazla ödeme yapması gerekiyor. Skilled Worker Vizesi şu anda %48 artışla 26.200 £’dan 38.700 £’a yükseldi.

“Innovator” (Yenilikçi) Vizesi “Innovator” (Yenilikçi) Vizesi, Birleşik Krallık’ta yenilikçi, ölçeklenebilir ve uygulanabilir iş fikirlerine sahip girişimcilerin ülkeye gelip kendi işlerini kurmalarını amaçlayan bir vize türüdür. Bu vize, iş dünyasında deneyime sahip olan ve belirli bir iş fikri üzerinde çalışmak isteyen girişimciler için tasarlanmıştır. İş fikrinin sektörde yenilikçi olması ve ekonomiye katkı sağlaması beklenir.

• Süre: Innovator Vizesi, ilk verildiğinde 3 yıl süreyle geçerlidir ve bu sürenin sonunda, işin başarılı olması durumunda süresiz oturuma (ILR) başvurulabilir.
• Çalışma İzni: Vize sahibi, kendi işinde çalışabilir ve işini geliştirmeye odaklanır. Ayrıca, vize sahibi belirli şartlar altında başka bir işte çalışabilir veya kendi işini kurabilir.
• Aile Üyeleri: Innovator Vizesi sahipleri, eşlerini ve 18 yaşın altındaki çocuklarını Birleşik Krallık’a getirebilir.

İngiltere vizesi nasıl alınır?

İngiltere vizesi almak için vize türünüze göre online veya fiziksel başvuru yapabilirsiniz. İngiltere vizesi kaç günde çıkar?

İngiltere Diplomatik pasaporta vize istiyor mu? Diplomatik pasaport sahipleri 180 gün içinde 90 günü aşmamak kaydıyla Birleşik Krallık’a yapacakları seyahatlerde vizeden muaftır.⁷

İngiltere transit vize Başka bir ülkeye giderken Birleşik Krallık’tan geçmeniz gerekiyorsa transit vizeye ihtiyacınız olabilir. Sınır kontrolünden geçmeyecekseniz Havaalanı Doğrudan Transit Vizesi, 48 saat içinde sınır kontrolünden geçecekseniz Transit Ziyaretçi vizesi almanız gereklidir.

İngiltere vize fotoğraf ölçüsü Kağıt formla başvururken 2 tane birbirinin aynı basılı fotoğrafa, online olarak başvururken ise dijital fotoğraflara ihtiyacınız vardır. Biyometrik bilgilerden biri olan İngiltere Konsolosluğu fotoğraf ölçüleri, 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm ebatlarında olup İngiltere Vize Başvuru Merkezinde alınmaktadır. Biyometrik fotoğraf çekilirken, yüzde gözlük, peçe, güneş gözlüğü vb. bir aksesuarlar olmamasına dikkat edilmelidir.

İngiltere turist vizesi için hesapta ne kadar para olmalı? Standart Ziyaretçi vizesi için hesabınızda olması gereken para miktarı kalış sürenize, geliş amacınıza ve kişisel şartlarınıza göre değişiklik gösterebilir. Birleşik Krallık’ta kendinizi ve bakmakla yükümlü olduğunuz kişilerin yanı sıra dönüş ve devam yolculuklarınıza yetecek kadar paranız olduğunu kanıtlamanız gerekmektedir. Uzun süre otelde kalacaksanız günlük otel, yemek ve seyahat gibi ücreti hesaplayıp masrafların üzerinde bir para hesabınızda olması gerekiyor. Son ay içinde hesabınıza yatırdığınız yüklü paraların kaynağını açıklamanız gerekiyor.

UK Government Authorized Exchange Visa

Devlet Yetkili Değişim vizesi, eğitim, staj, iş deneyimi veya araştırma programı için Birleşik Krallık’a gelmenize olanak tanır. Bu geçici çalışma vizesini almak için lisanslı bir sponsorunuzun olması gerekir. Devlet Yetkili Değişim vizesi ile süresiz kalma izni alamazsınız ancak durumunuza göre bir veya iki yıl kalabilirsiniz.

The Youth Mobility Scheme

Birleşik Krallık’ta çalışmak, yaşamak ve seyahat etmek isteyen 18 ila 30 yaş arasındaki gençlere yönelik bir programdır. Bu programla sponsor olmanıza, bir işe sahip olmanıza veya herhangi bir beceri ya da maaş eşiğini karşılamanıza gerek yok. Türkiye’den başvurular kabul edilmiyor maalesef.

İltica etmek isteyen Göçmenlik vizesi.

Göçmenlik ve iltica sistemi kapsamında Birleşik Krallık’ta kalmayı istiyorsanız ECHR’nin 3. veya 8. maddesi uyarınca insan hakları başvurusunda bulunabilirsiniz. Kendi ülkenize dönmeniz sizi zulüm, işkence veya insanlık dışı muamele tehlikesiyle karşı karşıya bırakıyorsa Madde 3 geçerlidir. Yıllarca Birleşik Krallık’ta yaşadıysanız ve güçlü aile veya özel bağlar kurduysanız, 8. Madde geçerli olacaktır. Bizim bu vizelere destek olma yetkimiz yok.

High Potential Individual Visa:

Yüksek potansiyelli bireysel vize (HPI Vizesi). Bu vize, en iyi 50 Üniversite öğrencisinin iş teklifi olmadan çalışmak veya iş yapmak için Birleşik Krallık’a gelmesine olanak tanıyacaktır. Nitelikli işçi vizesi veya yenilikçi vizesinden farklı olarak herhangi bir sponsorluk gerektirmez. Sahip olduğunuz dereceye bağlı olarak iki veya üç yıl süreyle geçerli olacaktır. Türkiye’deki hiçbir üniversite, ilk 50’de değil maalesef.

Domestik Şiddet Mağduru Vizesi

Birleşik Krallık hükümeti, göçmen statüsünde olup da aile içi şiddete uğrayan bireyler için özel bir vize kategorisi oluşturmuştur. Bu, “Domestik Şiddet Mağduru Vizesi” olarak adlandırılmakta ve şiddet mağdurlarının ülkede kalma hakkını güvence altına almayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu vize ile mağdurlar, şiddet gördükleri kişiden bağımsız olarak Birleşik Krallık’ta kalabilir ve çalışma izni de dahil olmak üzere çeşitli haklara sahip olurlar.
